We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order is handed off to our carrier and is in transit, it is considered dispatched. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may extend to up to 7 business days.

Order Changes & Shipping Details:

Lost or Stolen Packages:
While we do our best to ensure the safe delivery of your order, once a package is handed over to our courier, it is beyond our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at contact.omnomo@gmail.com. We will assist you by following up with the courier and offering support.
We recommend reaching out directly to the courier company to file a claim. Most courier services have a process for handling lost or stolen packages. We will work with them to provide updates.
Please note that Omnomo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit, and these situations fall outside of our refund policy. However, we will offer assistance and, depending on the situation, may provide a replacement.
If the package is not located, we suggest filing a police report.
